3. Business Listings

By creating a listing on Primpa, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and relates to a legitimate business.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and promote it as part of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that breach these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not submit false, misleading, or offensive content
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data without permission
• Do not interfere with platform security or performance

5. Emails & Communications

We may send account-related and system emails necessary to operate the platform. Marketing emails will only be sent where you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Payments & Fees

Primpa is currently free to use. In the future, paid features, subscriptions, or transaction fees may be introduced.

Any fees will be clearly communicated before you are charged and will be subject to separate terms where applicable.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Primpa available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by law.

9. Liability

Primpa is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or outcomes of business interactions resulting from the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software (excluding user-submitted content) remains the property of Primpa or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
